Balmi

I have heard about the Balmi's from checking online on the boots website and once i saw them i knew i wanted to try them out, but everytime i went into the boots store at the shopping centre where i work, they never had any in stock, so i decided i would check out the boots store in town and thats where i found them!
These are like the UK version of the EOS Balms which i wanted to try out but i haven't been able to find a website that ships them to the UK.

I bought the strawberry one, it smells gorgeous! I love how it is not your normal lip blam, like a stick form, it's round and i find it really cute!

I'm not sure if i like the cardboard outer packaging but i love the product packaging although as it is rubber it may get dirty in your makeup bag/ handbag so i feel that a plastic packaging would be better. It also comes with a little key chain underneath so you can fix it onto your keys/phone etc which i think is rarther handy if your one to forget carrying lip balms but personally i wouldn't use this feature.

These lip balms contain a SPF 15 to protect your lips from UV rays and contains Vitamin E, Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil.

The lid twists off and reveals a half sphere shape. You just glide this across your lips and your done, smooth and soft lips! I also think this is more hygienic as you don't have to apply it with your fingers and don't have to worry about dipping your fingers into the pot of lip balm.

Once applied onto the lips it feels really moistursing and soft but i feel that it doesn't last very long and you would need to keep re-applying during the day but that doesn't bother me as i re-apply lip balms all of the time and i would rarther keep doing that to make sure my lips are really moisturised as i'm always having dry/chapped lips.

There are 5 scents all together and they are all different colours:
Strawberry (baby pink), Raspberry (hot pink), Coconut (white), Mint (pale blue) & Blackcurrent (black)

For some reason my boots store doesn't sell the blackcurrent one, but i would repurchase these and i am wanting to try out the raspberry, mint and blackcurrent ones, unfortunatley i do not like coconut so i would not purchase this one.

I think that Balmi should do other scents like the EOS balms, such as Summer Fruit or Lemon and maybe chocolate scented or other fruit scents.

These are priced at £4.99 which i personally think is a bit expensive for a lip blam but i'm willing to spend this on a one off occasion. These are avaliable in all Boots stores!
