Over the past few months i have been thinking about re doing my room. After weeks searching through youtube videos of makeup storage and collections (which i love watching) i decided i wanted a dressing table for all of my make up products.

I searched all of the internet and went into a few shops but i couldn’t find any that i liked. Then a few weeks ago i popped into IKEA. I found this lovely dressing table (previous pictures) It is the MALM Ikea dressing table it is priced at £95 which at first i thought was rarther pricey but turned out to be the cheapest one i had seen, so i decided to buy it I love this dressing table, i like how it had a glass top so if any makeup spills onto it, it is easy to clean. The only thing that is a slight downside to this is that the pull out draw doesn’t pull all the way out, as i found out after my dad put it up as he said it has like a lock or something inside which he couldn’t change (maybe there is a way to move the lock inside, i don’t know) but anyways there is still plenty of room in the draw.

I also bought some cute baby pink candles and 3 glass vases from IKEA too (see photo below)

 

 

I bought these vases to use as my make up brush holders and then i decorated them with ribbon a pink bows which i found on ebay. I think these are really cute and girly! If you are interested in these bows, message me and i will give you the link they are cheap!

I also bought an acrylic lipstick holder that holds 24 lipsticks on ebay too for only £3.99 plus £2.99 for P&P which i thought was really cheap too as i have seen ones that were more expensive.

I also decorated my dressing table with a lovely magnified mirror, a cute little cupcake candle holder, a white and pink love sign, a few girly charms, and my compact mirror.
