I thought i would start posting photos of my nail art designs/acrylics that i do on my client's at work and on myself and share my ideas and hopefully spread some inspiration for you all out there. I will sometimes give the nail art design a name, tell you what i used to create this look etc.
Winter Wonderland - For this design i used Shellac, Shellac Additives and silver glitter. I used a thin nail art brush to create the snowflake and used a dotting tool to create the snow.
White tip acrylics with Black and Gold Bows - For the bows i used Shellac. To create these i used a thin nail art brush.
Acrylics with CND Vinylux polish and gold glitter fading out on the ring fingers.

I wanted to get my mum something nice for Christmas but she is the type of person who just prefers to receive money and then she can get whatever she wants, but I prefer to get presents so then she has something to open and I love seeing her reaction. My idea for this Christmas was a pamper hamper!
These are the items that I bought (sorry for the photo quality, I took these at night when I was wrapping them up)

I bought some silver tissue paper from Card Factory and places 2 sheets in the bottom of the basket to make it look like this
I then placed all of my items inside the basket and made sure they were stood up correctly so you were able to see them.
Using the cellophane that I purchased from hobbycraft I wrapped it around my basket. I gathered the cellophane at the top and secured it in place with some ribbon that I bought from Card Factory. I then wrapped some more ribbon around the top and then curled the ends. I also bought a big red bow from Card Factory and stuck it on the top.
Using some more decorative ribbon that again I purchased from Card Factory I placed the "Merry Christmas" ribbon around the bottom of the basket to just add a little extra touch.
Then to finish I wrapped the whole basket in some Christmas wrapping paper that I purchased from Primark.
I love the final outcome and I can't wait for Christmas Day when my mum opens it and I see her face!
1) Favourite winter nail polish?
For me personally I like to wear loads of different colours all year round due to me doing lots of different nail art, whereas I know some people that prefer darker colours for the winter. Although I am loving CND Vinylux polish in Tainted Love or Tango Passion.
2) Favourite winter lip product?
I'm loving either the Rimmel Kate Matte Lipstick in shade 107 or the Kiko Smart Lipstick in shades 913 and 915
3) Most worn winter clothing piece?
Probably my mint coloured jumper and my lilac jumper which are both from primark. Both look really nice with a pair of jeans or a pair of leggings for that casual look.
4) Most worn winter accessory?
It's gotta be my primark black and grey snood and my primark mittens! They have been keeping me warm and cosy during winter so far.
5) Favourite winter scent/candle?
I love candles! But haven't burned any so far during winter but I am loving the Yankee candle Snowflake Cookie scent at the moment.
6) Favourite winter beverage?
Hot chocolate! Who doesn't love a good hot chocolate with cream and added marshmallows during the winter months to keep your warm.
7) All time favourite Christmas/holiday movie?
Ohh I don't have just one favourite I love them all! But if I had to choose I would probably say Elf!
8) Favourite Christmas/holiday song?

9) Favourite holiday food/treat?
Any food for me is good during the Christmas period! Haha
10) What is your favourite Christmas decoration this year?
I'm loving the decorations that we have in our tree this year, we have little purple Santa boots, reindeer, a noël sign and joy sign. They look really nice and then on my mini tree in my bedroom I'm loving my pink glittery heel and handbag decorations, very girly!
11) What’s at the top of your wish list?
I need a Michael Kors bag in my life! I have been wanting one for so long so Santa if you are reading, I've been a very good girly this year!
12) What are your plans for the holidays this year?
For most of the time leading up to Christmas I am working as it is a very busy time in the salon, Christmas Eve is my last day of working so I will be enjoying time at home after I have finished work and spend the night in with my parents watching a Christmas film, in our Christmas pyjamas and having a takeaway. Then Christmas Day we go to my grandma and grandads and some more of my family come over and we have our Christmas dinner and then Boxing Day with have a party and this year it is at my aunties house.

I love Bath and Body Works products. The packing, the scents, the products themselves, everything! When i was on holiday in Florida back in 2013 i purchased a couple of items from the Bath and Body Works store in the Florida Mall and i loved them, we didn't have much time to spend in the mall due to our taxi being late and it was around closing time so i didn't get much time to nosey at everything in the store. Knowing me i would have bought loads as i reserached into some products that i wanted and read alot of reviews on US beauty blogs so i had made a list of the items i wanted but it didn't help with the luggage allowance (cries) i should of brought an extra suitcase for all my gifts that i bought over there!
Im always browsing their website, looking at what offers they have on etc and sat wishing that they would ship internationally so i was able to buy their products from the UK or even better have a store over here! but i am always left searching ebay for them.
If Bath and Body Works were able to ship to the UK this would be my Christmas wishlist
