Now tell me, which girl doesn't love glitter?

We all love a bit or a lot (if you're like me) of glitter in our lives and this is the perfect product for just that!

Glitter Lips by Beauty Boulevard was founded by Rachel and Paula. They have an exclusive online shopping outlet and they are the first to bring you the fabulous Glitter Lips range of products. This is a brand new, innovative product that will revolutionise lip colour like no other. It has an unbelievable staying power as one application can last up to 8 hours, yes you read that right! you will be amazed by its colour, shine and durability throughout the day/night. The entire range is waterproof and smudge proof. It lasts through an entire 3 course meal without needing to re-apply. You can drink, eat and party without losing any of your sparkle. What's more annoying than having to re-apply your lipstick after having a drink/eating etc!

Glitter Lips are avaliable in 10 different shades: Ruby Slippers, Diamond In The Buff, Coral Reef, Molly Dolly, Cherry Pie, Sparkling Rose, Ultra Glam, Dark Disorder, Disco Kiss Go, Midas Kiss. These are such lovely shades! I wish i could have them all.

I was recently sent a Glitter Lips product in my shade of choice to review. I chose the Ruby Slippers shades. This is gorgeous and every girl loves a red lip! It reminds of of Dorothy's ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz.

The Glitter Lips product contains

x1 - Gloss Bond
x1 -  Applicator
x1 - Pot of glitter of your shade of choice

How to apply

- Start by applying a thin coat of the gloss bond to clean, dry lips. It does help by doing it one lip at a time! Keep lips parted and allow the gloss bond to turn from white to clear.

- Slightly dampen the pad end of the applicator with water as his helps to pick up the glitter and reduce waste. Then dab the glitter over your lips ensuring a good, even coat. Check for any sticky patches and apply more glitter to those areas that should require it.

- Using the brush end of the applicator dust off the excess glitter.

Removal Techniques

To remove glitter lips, they recommend using an oil based make-up remover.

Then soak a cotton pad in the remover and press on to the lips and hold for 20-30 seconds, this allows the oil/remover to penetrate the glitter and gloss bond, then gently rub in a circular motion for easy removal.

Afterwards moisturise the lips well.

I was so excited when this arrived in the post!

Just look how shiny and glittery it is! Ahh i love it!

The colour is amazing and you can see how bold and bright the red is and it is super sparkly. I found the application of this product easy although i feel i could do with a bit more practice to get more precise around the lip line. I'm not going to lie the application can be a little messy so i used some kitchen roll to help me with trying not to get glitter everywhere. It also does feel a little bit strange at first having the glitter on your lips as you can feel it.

I also feel that it would look nice and would help with coverage by using a red lipstick underneath before applying the gloss bond, but the lipstick or lip liner needs to be matt! As oil/moisture helps to remove it therefore it wouldn't last as long.

But don't worry if you are not a fan of the red lip don't let this put you off, as i mentioned earlier they are 9 other shades to choose from which may suit you better.

Now did it stay put?

The answer is yes! I can't believe how incredible the staying power is. It didn't budge until it came to removing the product. After eating and drinking it still lasted all day for me and it just looked as good as when i first applied it.

I was abit worried when it came to removing the product incase it wouldn't budge but i was able to remove the product quite easily. I followed the removal techniques and the remover that i found worked was the L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution. I did have to use about 4-5 cotton pads but it came off easily and i didn't have to do much scrubbing. I would say my lips felt a little dry aftwards but i just used my aloe vera lip balm and they felt good as new!

Glitter Lips is ideal for any occasion or event where you want to feel glamourous and add a bit of sparkle to the night. It would look great at Christmas time or New Year!

Glitter Lips retails for £12.50 and you can purchase them here from the Beauty Boulevard website.

Go ahead try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I love jewellery and accessories and especially at the moment i am loving statement necklaces! I was recently sent this gorgeous necklace by the company Cherry Diva.

This is a stunning black floral design necklace with black and clear gemstone detailing. I feel that this necklace is well made and has a good quality feel to it. It has golden links, a lobster clasp and is hung from a twised velvet cord.

This necklace sits right when fastened and feels comfortable when wearing for long periods of time and it looks great!

This eye catching necklace would look perfect with your outfit of choice whether it being matched up with a more casual look or for a more glam look in the evening.

For example check out my different outfit looks below that i have created using Polyvore with this necklace added.

I was born in 1994 and I have alot of memories from my childhood starting with growing up in the 90s and all the way through primary school etc. I would like to share with you my childhood memories of the toys that i played with, which im sure every girl of the 90s would have had the same, and also tv programmes and music i watched and listened to

Shall we start?

Well let's start of with Furbys. I remember having a grey and white one of these and it wouldn't shut up haha! And the annoying little creatures are back on the shelves.

I loved watching Sabrina The Teenage Witch as a child and i secretly wished i had magic powers just like her. Then came out the Sabrina's Secrets magazine! I collected everyone of these magazines and you recived a gift in each magazine. You recived a beauty box and collected different items such as nail polish, lip gloss, body glitter etc.

I used to be obsessed with Neopets! Every single IT lessons we had during primary school or free time i think every single one of us used to go on neopets and have contests with each on the games to see who could gain the hightest amount of points. I used to love creating my little neohome for my neopets and collecting different items.

I'm pretty sure every girl would of had their own hairstyling head! I love putting plaits in the hair or doing ponytails etc then adding beads or butterfly clips in to make it look pretty.

Another one of my favourites was Groovy Chick! I remember having my first ever mobile phone which was a nokia and i had this as my phone cover haha!

And here is a list of other toys/music/tv programmes that i grew up with:

Gel pens, Tammy girl, Jelly shoes, Art Attack, Polly Pocket, Barbie Dolls, Bratz, Collecing Pokemon cards, Spice Girls, My voice activated diary, My Parents Are Aliens, Mary-Kate and Ashley, S Club 7, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and many more!

Do you remember if any of these were in your childhood?

I had never heard of DreamWeave Mascara before until i had been working in the salon and the lady that delivers our products to us had been talking about it to us. I had recived this mascara as a Christmas present and as i love mascara and love my lashes to look long i couldn't wait to try out this product.

This is the original DreamWeave Mascara in Black which is dubbed to be the "eyelash extension in a tube".

This lash magnet mascara has a silicone formula which coats each individual lash and acts like a shield to prevent any smudging or flaking.

The mascara adds length to your lashes but without leaving them feeling heavy as it is a lightweight formula.

The directions of use are easy to follow.

"Apply to one side to create the desired effect. Then apply to the other side, it will dry as a silicone shield around each lash. Ensure you have applied the correct amount to create your look as you will not be able to go back as this amazing formula shrouds the lash with a silicone wrap. The mascara can be easily removed with a regular remover."

I also thought that the wand was great, it is flexible and it never clogs up and doesn't make my lashes clumped together unlike some previous mascaras i have used.

I really liked the outcome of using this as it left my lashes looking lovely and long. I also found that it had realyy good wearability as i've worn it for work where on occasions i have applied it around 9:30ish in the morning and its still looking in perfect condition when i have arrived home from work at 8pm.

I had abit of doubt when it did come to removing this product as i thought i may have to rub a little more on my lashes to remove the product but it just comes off as easy as any other mascara products out there! If anything, personally i feel that it is better as i wasn't left with panda eyes!

You can purchase this online at Cosmeceutical Clinic for £11.99 or Click Here to find a stockist in your area.

I was browsing the internet a few weeks ago and decided to have a look on the Bomb Cosmetics website and when i found out they had a up to 50% off sale online, i just knew i had to purchase something there and then.
The following are the items i purchased and their prices which i paid:
Stocking Fizzer Blaster - £1.15
Oh Xmas Tree! Bath Blaster - £1.15
Butter Blizzard Bath Creamer - £1.05
Snowdrift Bath Creamer- £1.05
Mr Frosty Bath Creamer - £1.05
Snowflakes on your Tongue Bath Mallow - £1.15
Ice Ice Baby Bath Mallow - £1.15
Candy Land Cocoa Swirl - £1.50
We Wash You a Merry Xmas! Cocoa Swirl - £1.50
Candy Cane Candle - £4.00
So all together i paid £18.70 which includes p+p. Which i think is really reasonable for 10 items!
It took about a week for my package arrive and last week it came. I was so happy to come home from work to see this on the kitchen table and i dived straight in to see my goodies.

I love how it came all packed up neatly inside this pink cardboard box and i love the "you know it makes scents" quote. With this being my first order from Bomb Cosmetics themselves and i haven't purchased any bath bombs etc online before, i was slightly worried how they would end up when i recieved the package, wondering if they would be broken or damaged slightly but no they came beautifully packed with lots of muli coloured pieces of foam to protect the items.

And here are my goodies, which i had to search for as they were all underneath the foam peices. I was also sent a free car air freshener so thank you for that bomb cosmetics!
There are still some sale items left in the sale so grab yours now! - Click Here
I am looking forward to using all of these and smelling the different scents. Keep an eye out for individual reviews on these in the next up coming weeks.
