Creme Egg Brownies
I have finally i had time to make these Creme Egg Brownies!
I did not make the brownies from scratch, i admit i cheated and you mixture from a box :P
So when i was at Asda a few weeks ago we went down the baking isle and found the Brownie mixes etc.
I chose:
These look so nice and yummy on the packaging!
So let's get started...
Here are the steps to make these:
1 - Mix the egg, water, oil and brownie mix together until well blended.
How yummy does this look?
2 - Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased rectangular tin
3 - Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean.
As we were adding the creme eggs, which are already prepared and sliced in half (almost)
we put the brownie mix in the oven for 15 minutes first then took them out and placed the creme eggs in the brownie mix.
Once we placed the creme eggs on top we then put the mixture back in the oven for the remainding time 10-15 minutes.
And look how they turned out!
To be honest i'm not sure if the creme eggs are suppose to turn out like this but oh well, they look and smell gorgeous!
Can't wait to try these out!
